Additional time at $100.00 per hour will be provided or $75. ($90 if Karaoke) per hour if paid in advance for

A $100.00 non-refundable scheduling fee will reserve your date and is requested as early as possible to assure your reservation!
Performance cannot be confirmed without scheduling fee and signed Agreement. This amount will be deducted from your
balance due.

1. This agreement entered into has been negotiated between CELEBRATION D. J., LLC, herein referred to as "CDJ" and the
responsible signing party, herein referred to as "Client". Client individually and in behalf of any represented principles, agrees to be
bound by the terms and conditions stated herein.
2. CDJ agrees to provide sound equipment, lighting equipment (If applicable), recorded music and an entertainer(s), at the event
location for the time listed.
3. Upon submission of this contract, a non-refundable scheduling fee, as stated on this contract shall be rendered by client to CDJ.
The contract balance due shall be paid 10 days prior to the event, and prior to any performance.
4. CDJ?s performance under this contract is subject to it?s assigned entertainer?s death or serious illness, accidents, unexpected
mechanical delays and failures or acts of God; in these instances, Client's advance payment shall be refunded in full. In the event of
equipment failure after start of performance, the total contract amount will be prorated in accordance with the amount of services
provided. No refund will be given for any reason other than those outlined in this paragraph.
5. Should Client cancel the event or performance at any time after signing this contract, all scheduling fees/deposits will be retained
by CDJ as liquidated damages. The full amount of the contract will be due if cancelled within 30 days of the event.
6. Choice of entertainment personality (entertainer) shall be at the sole discretion of CDJ, unless specifically named herein. Client
shall provide a ?set up? area to CDJ for the performance, at least 10 feet deep by 15 feet wide, with two (2) eight-foot tables
available and at least two (2) 110-volt, 20-amp seperate circuits, within 20 feet of the performance area.
7. Unless otherwise agreed, for outdoor performances, Client shall provide overhead shelter for the Set-up area. Should CDJ be
forced to terminate a performance after commencement due to weather, the total performance fee shall be prorated to the extent and
amount of service provided to include ?Set-up? time of one (1) hour.
8. Client agrees to ensure the security of the performance, equipment and the entertainer(s), and the entertainer has the option
to terminate their performance if Client, it's agents or guests, interfere, impede or constitute a nuisance, in CDJ's sole opinion, such
that CDJ, it?s agents, equipment and/or performance shall become detrimentally affected. In this event, Client shall pay the total
contract amount regardless of the length of performance, without prorating.
9. Client accepts full responsibility for and agrees to pay for all losses and/or damages to CDJ and it?s entertainers, and to CDJ?s
sound, lighting, music library, personal property and equipment caused by client and/or his/her agents, assigns or guests.
10. In the event of a dispute, Client agrees that issues will be litigated in and subject to the laws of the State of Missouri. If an
attorney is employed to protect the rights of, or handle any collections for CDJ, Client agrees to pay the fees of such attorney, plus all
court costs, if any.
11. Client warrants that the performance area and venue has appropriate music licensing and performance permits and that CDJ is
not responsible for same.
12. The performance date and time of performance cannot be held or confirmed until an approved contract and advance payment
have been received by CDJ. CDJ shall not be liable for sudden date unavailability or cancellation due to mail or delivery delays.
